Role Overview

The internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world M&A transactions. Interns work closely with senior team members and gain insight into financial analysis, transaction strategy, and advisory execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial analysis, research, and presentation materials

• Support live transactions and internal initiatives

• Participate in diligence and deal preparation processes

Profile

• Current student or recent graduate in finance, business, or a related discipline

• Strong work ethic, curiosity, and attention to detail

• Interest in mergers & acquisitions and private capital
