Responsibilities

• Financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research

• Preparation of confidential information memoranda (CIMs) and investor materials

• Support buyer outreach, diligence, and transaction execution

• Assist senior team members across active engagements

Profile

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Background in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields

• High attention to detail and intellectual curiosity

• Prior exposure to M&A, private equity, or investment banking is a plus
